Job Summary
Lead and manage a Manchester-based 21st CCLC program site, directing day-to-day operations, staffing, and programming to support student learning and growth in after-school and summer offerings. Develop and manage the site budget, oversee fee administration, ensure child safety, manage student and participant registrations, actively recruit students, utilize data systems to record attendance and outcomes, document program objectives and outcomes, build relationships with school and community partners, recruit teachers and paraprofessionals, coordinate communications with principals and staff, monitor program activities, implement the 21st CCLC snack program in coordination with USDA food services, assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts, and collaborate with partnering agencies to promote the program. Requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, supervisory capability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree minimum; Bachelor's preferred
- Experience in after school programs and working with children
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the site budget and collect fees in alignment with audit specifications
- Desire to provide extended learning time in a defined structure for students
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
