Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and integrating 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and ICT literacy. Facilitate learning through varied instructional methods that utilize technology and assess student progress while developing teamwork and leadership qualities. Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs, demonstrating ethical principles and organizational core values. Perform other duties as assigned. Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
