Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make social studies content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and integrating 21st-century skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and ICT literacy. Facilitate learning using varied instructional methods and technology, while assessing student progress and developing team leadership qualities. Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs, demonstrating ethical principles and organizational values of fairness and respect. Perform other duties as assigned. Background checks with local and state law enforcement are required.
