Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and ICT. Teach existing core content while facilitating learning through varied instructional methods that integrate technology. Assess student progress, encourage teamwork, and collaborate with families to adapt teaching for students with special needs. Demonstrate ethical principles and serve as a role model supporting continuous quality improvement. Requires NC certification, current transcript, and background check.
