Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and ICT. Teach revised core content emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and technology integration while facilitating diverse instructional methods. Assess student learning and develop leadership qualities through collaborative team work. Work collaboratively with families, adapt teaching for students with special needs, and demonstrate ethical principles of honesty and respect. Perform other duties as assigned while serving as a role model for continuous quality improvement.
