Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and ICT. Teach existing core content while facilitating learning through varied instructional methods that integrate technology. Assess student progress and facilitate teamwork to develop leadership qualities. Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs while demonstrating ethical principles of honesty and respect. Perform other duties as assigned. Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
