Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision and purpose. Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and ICT. Teach existing core content while facilitating learning through varied instructional methods and technology integration. Assess student progress and develop leadership qualities through collaborative team work. Work collaboratively with families and significant adults to adapt teaching for students with special needs, ensuring fairness and ethical principles in all interactions. Serve as a role model demonstrating continuous quality improvement and organizational core values. Perform other duties as assigned.
