Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make biology content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness, economic literacy, and ICT. Teach revised core content that develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and team collaboration. Facilitate learning through varied instructional methods that integrate technology and assess student progress. Work collaboratively with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs while demonstrating ethical principles of honesty and respect. Perform other duties as assigned and serve as a role model for continuous quality improvement.
