Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make art instruction engaging by aligning content with common core standards and 21st-century skills like global awareness and ICT literacy. Teach revised core content emphasizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and technology integration while facilitating diverse instructional methods. Assess student learning and develop leadership qualities through collaborative team work. Work collaboratively with families, adapt teaching for students with special needs, and demonstrate ethical principles of honesty and integrity. Serve as a role model supporting organizational values of caring, respect, and fairness. Perform other duties as assigned. Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
