Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make taught content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness and financial literacy. Teach existing core content while integrating technology and facilitating diverse instructional methods. Assess student learning and develop team leadership qualities through varied methods. Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs while demonstrating ethical principles and organizational values. Perform other duties as assigned. Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
