Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make art instruction engaging by aligning content with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills. Teach existing core content while integrating technology and facilitating instruction through varied methods. Assess student learning and develop leadership qualities through collaborative team work. Work collaboratively with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs while demonstrating ethical principles. Perform other duties as assigned and serve as a role model for continuous quality improvement.
