Job Summary
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 26-27 school year, you will develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for elementary and preschool students whose communication abilities are affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries in a school setting. You will assess speech and language skills, consult with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives, provide modeling strategies and training to team members, and regularly communicate assessment results and progress with school staff, parents, and students as appropriate. The role emphasizes hands-on, in-person collaboration within a school environment and requires managing materials and environments essential to the speech-language program, with responsibilities spanning assessment, intervention, collaboration, and program support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
