Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate is affected by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. Assess speech and language skills, consult with teachers to develop IEP goals and objectives, provide resources, modeling strategies and training to team members in communication interventions, and regularly communicate progress to school staff, parents, and students. School-based setting with Monday–Friday hours (8:30–3:30) near Arlington Heights, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
