Job Summary
School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides individualized education/treatment programs for students with communication impacts due to developmental differences or injuries. Develops and implements intervention plans, assesses speech and language skills, consults with teachers on IEP goals, offers resources and training to team members, and communicates progress with school staff, parents, and students. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30–3:30pm; location Lombard, IL. Pediatric focus, collaboration with multidisciplinary team, support with AAC and IEP documentation, and opportunities for professional development and credentialing reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
