Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting near Arlington Heights, IL. Develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students with communication disorders, assess speech and language skills, and collaborate with teachers to develop IEP goals. Provide resources, modeling strategies, and training to other team members; communicate progress with school staff, parents, and students as appropriate. Monday–Friday 8:30–3:30. Requires Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences Disorders, and IL SLP license with PEL endorsement. AAC experience and IEP paperwork familiarity preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
- Prefer experience with AAC, functional communication needs, speech sound disorders, & IEP paperwork
