Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role near Arlington Heights, IL; develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students with communication disorders, assess speech and language skills, and collaborate on IEP goals. Responsibilities include managing materials and environment for the speech-language program, providing intervention in multiple settings, modeling strategies for team members, and communicating progress to staff, parents, and students. Qualifications include a Master’s in SLP/CSD, IL SLP license, and PEL with SLP endorsement; preferred AAC experience and IEP paperwork familiarity. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30–3:30; compensation is $50-$68/hour with benefits and credentialing support.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
