Job Summary
School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. Responsibilities include managing materials and environment for the speech and language program, providing educationally related communication intervention, assessing speech and language skills, developing IEP goals with teachers, modeling strategies for team members, and communicating progress to staff, parents, and students. Requires Master’s degree in CSD/SLP, IL SLP license, and PEL with SLP endorsement; preferred experience with AAC, IEP paperwork, and related areas. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM at Bartlett, IL; includes benefits such as insurance, housing allowance for travelers, credentialing reimbursements, 401(k) with matching, weekly pay, and ongoing professional mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
