Job Summary
School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to develop and implement individualized education/treatment programs for students whose ability to communicate has been impacted by developmental differences, disabilities, or injuries. Work with young learners in a supportive school environment, assess speech and language skills, consult with teachers to develop IEP goals, provide resources and training to team members, and regularly communicate progress to involved staff, parents, and students.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current IL SLP license
- PEL with SLP endorsement
- Prefer experience with AAC, functional communication needs, speech sound disorders, & IEP paperwork
