Implement the school's mission and educational standards while instructing students according to schedule. Plan customized curriculum catering to individual needs, create conducive learning environments, and prepare for classes when requested. Maintain discipline fairly using positive behavior interventions, regularly assess student progress, and address learning difficulties by involving specialists. Assist in enforcing school policies regarding conduct, ensure safety of students and property, and maintain accurate records as per regulations. Establish communication channels with students, colleagues, and parents, and attend meetings and serve on committees as required.
