Implement the school's mission, educational philosophy, and standards while instructing students according to schedule. Plan customized curriculum catering to individual student needs, create conducive learning environments, and regularly assess student progress to provide reports. Maintain discipline fairly using positive behavior interventions and address learning difficulties by involving specialists when necessary. Assist in enforcing school policies regarding student conduct, ensure safety of students and property, and maintain accurate records as per regulations. Establish communication channels with students, colleagues, and parents, and attend meetings and serve on committees as required.
