Plan and deliver differentiated, rigorous instruction for English Language Learners while analyzing ACCESS for ELLs and FAST benchmark data to track progress and adjust lessons. Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and language acquisition levels, fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment based on trust and respect. Collaborate with teachers, ESL liaisons, and parents to support student growth in language acquisition, literacy development, and academic achievement. BridgePrep Academy seeks a passionate ESOL Teacher with a valid Florida Educator Certificate and ESOL Endorsement for the 2026–2027 school year. A Master's degree is preferred, and bilingual skills are an asset.
