26-27 SY Educational Assistant-Kindergarten

Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials, administering standardized tests, and supporting students with reading, math, and individualized learning programs. Supervise children during recess, lunch, and bus transitions to ensure safety and accountability. Manage general clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and word processing while maintaining a clean, safe classroom environment. Report on student development and behavior to teachers and may provide after-school tutoring or relieve staff for professional development. Maintain strict confidentiality under FERPA policies and adhere to district emergency procedures. Requires an Educational Assistant PreK-12 Level 3 license and completion of the Paraprofessional Test.
