Implement the school's mission and educational philosophy while instructing students according to schedule. Plan customized curriculum catering to individual needs, create conducive learning environments, and prepare for classes. Maintain discipline fairly using positive behavior interventions, regularly assess student progress, and address learning difficulties by involving specialists when necessary. Assist in enforcing school policies regarding student conduct, ensure safety of students and property, and maintain accurate records. Establish communication channels with students, colleagues, and parents, attend meetings, and serve on committees as required.
