Job Summary
Assist teachers in all aspects of classroom functioning, including instruction, curriculum development, and maintaining a safe learning environment. Provide small group and/or individual instruction under the teacher's direction while supporting student emotional regulation and behavior management. Collect academic and behavioral data, develop curriculum materials, and engage positively with students and colleagues. Deliver instruction in 1:1, small group, or large group settings within the A.I.M Program for students on the autism spectrum, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies. Complete required paperwork and perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Supervisor.
