Job Summary
Provide clerical support and administration for campus elementary school: ensure efficient operation of the school administrative office, handle clerical services for the administrative staff, supervise clerical aides, and utilize word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Cognos Report Writer. Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of secretarial experience, with strong typing, organizational, interpersonal, and accounting basics.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One to three years' secretarial experience (preferably in public education environment)
- Proficient typing, word processing, and file maintenance skills
- Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- COGNOS Report Writer knowledge and experience
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Monitor the work of clerical aides
