Job Summary
Manage customer interactions by signing up for in-store appointments, answering phones, and responding to emails while recommending gear and resolving issues. Assess and check-in equipment for services, perform binding adjustments, and assist with order pickups, returns, and cancellations. Edit customer orders before fulfillment, document requests in the backend system, and communicate interdepartmentally for adjustments. Support the shipping team with box making and order picking on busy days, while maintaining storefront cleanliness, organizing demo gear, and restocking inventory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work holidays including the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Must be available to work at least 1 weekend day each weekend of the winter season
- High attention to detail and focus
- Time management skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
