Job Summary
Oversee school-based data management and reporting to support non-instructional student services and data integrity across AF systems. Responsible for enrolling/discharging students in the SIS, auditing student records, generating ad-hoc reports for school leadership, providing SIS support to teachers for attendance/gradebook, managing daily data entry for discipline, coordinating test administration logistics, and producing academic and school culture reports. Coordinate daily student food, transportation, and health services; collaborate with nursing staff. Requires strong technical skills with databases and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 2 years of data management experience; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution is required.
- Minimum 2 years of data management experience or a similar environment.
- Experience with educational technology and digital learning models/applications, demonstrating a strong track record of program development and integration.
