Job Summary
Coordinate the 504 and Building Test Coordinator roles at Norman High School, overseeing Section 504 plans and state/district assessments (OSTP, ACT, SAT) at the building level. Serve as liaison among staff, families, and district leadership to ensure compliance, equity, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include identifying/evaluating 504 plans, scheduling and facilitating 504 meetings, maintaining confidential records, training staff on 504 procedures, developing a building-wide testing calendar, coordinating proctor training, managing secure testing materials, submitting reporting to OSDE, and supporting counseling with graduation-tracking and related initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field
- Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate or school counselor certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education
- Demonstrated knowledge of Section 504 regulations and testing administration protocols
