26/27 Middle School Assistant Cheer Sponsor (Paseo Middle)

Middle School Cheer Sponsor role supporting and leading the school’s athletic program within the cheer/dance teams. Responsibilities include promoting team participation at home contests across JV and Varsity levels, coordinating with Head Coaches on transportation and game management, managing equipment and inventory, organizing regular practice sessions focused on athlete development, ensuring safety and adherence to MSHSAA standards, maintaining records and documentation for athletic activities, and completing required certifications (Coaching Principles Course and First Aid). Strong collaboration with Head Coaches and the Athletic Director, plus ongoing professional development, are emphasized. The position requires teaching/certification credentials and entails 10-month terms with part-time employment.
