Job Summary
Conduct middle school boys basketball instruction, emphasizing teamwork, skill development, and strategic learning. Supervise student-athletes before, during, and after practices and contests, including locker rooms and bus rides, ensuring full attendance at all sessions. Assist with academic monitoring alongside teachers and counselors, while managing equipment inventory and completing required paperwork such as rosters and insurance forms. Provide logistical information regarding transportation, facilities, and game management. Promote student accomplishments academically and athletically while maintaining ethical standards and sportsmanship. Continue professional growth through clinics and publications. This role supports the district's sports program with a focus on holistic student development.
