Instruct students and faculty in producing media to integrate into the curriculum, while initiating interactions with staff, administration, and the public to promote the media program. Design and implement short- and long-range plans balancing instruction, literature appreciation, and collection management. Establish procedures for selecting, acquiring, cataloging, and maintaining media materials and equipment, organizing the facility to reflect school goals. Provide opportunities for personal and professional growth for staff and students, adhering to laws and policies while submitting accurate reports. Requires a four-year degree with media certification and an NC Teaching License.
