26-27 LJH English Resource Teacher

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and Texas Education Agency guidelines, accommodating diverse student learning styles. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing to guide instructional activities. Manage student behavior according to the Student Code of Conduct while creating a classroom environment conducive to intellectual, emotional, and social development. Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula based on Individual Education Plans and direct the work of assigned instructional aides. Compile and maintain all required reports, records, and documents while establishing professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community members.
