Plans a program of study and provides learning experiences for students under the direction of the principal. Supervises students in various school settings, monitors and evaluates outcomes, and develops instructional plans to meet diverse student needs. Establishes clear learning objectives aligned with RCSS curriculum, uses diverse instructional methods and resources, assesses student progress, and maintains records. Collaborates with parents, staff, and community, and may guide instructional assistants and volunteers. Maintains safety and manages classroom and materials, with occasional after-hours duties as required. Requires Bachelor’s degree and valid Georgia teaching certificate; implements IEP modifications and co-teaching as needed; proficient in technology integration and multicultural instruction.
