Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make core content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and integrating 21st-century skills like critical thinking and ICT literacy. Facilitate learning through varied instructional methods and technology while assessing student progress and developing teamwork. Collaborate with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs, demonstrating ethical principles and organizational values. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires NC teaching certification, a four-year degree, and a background check.
