Perform comprehensive data management duties including timely entries in CECAS, maintaining accurate headcount rosters, and conducting final compliance checks on all paperwork. Serve as the primary liaison for parent concerns, interpret rights, and collaborate with school psychologists, related service personnel, and administrators to monitor case progress. Facilitate initial referrals, reevaluations, and manifestation determination meetings while maintaining detailed logs and quarterly progress reports. Conduct staff development on procedures and guidelines, attend required training, and serve as a role model for organizational core values.
