Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision and purpose. Make content engaging and relevant by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century literacy skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and civic engagement. Teach existing core content revised to include critical thinking, problem-solving, and ICT literacy while facilitating instruction through varied methods and technology integration. Assess student learning, promote teamwork, and collaborate with families to adapt teaching for students with special needs. Demonstrate ethical principles of honesty, integrity, and respect, serving as a role model for continuous quality improvement within the organization.
