Job Summary
Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make core content engaging by aligning instruction with common standards and integrating technology for critical thinking and ICT literacy. Facilitate diverse instructional methods to assess learning and develop student teamwork while collaborating with families to adapt teaching for special needs. Demonstrate ethical principles and serve as a role model supporting continuous quality improvement. Requires NC certification, four-year degree, and current teaching license.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree from an accredited institution
- NC certification in the assigned area of teaching
- Current Certified Teachers
- NC Teaching License or other current license
- Residency candidates: official Bachelor's transcripts
