[26-27] Director of K - 1 Instruction

Director of K-1 Instruction at Prospect Schools to lead Kindergarten through First Grade instruction across the Downtown Elementary Campus, ensuring curriculum alignment with state standards, overseeing curriculum design and evaluation, coaching and evaluating teachers, delivering and coordinating professional development, and using data to drive interventions and improve student literacy and culture. Reports to the Principal and collaborates with the school leadership team to foster an inclusive, high-performing learning environment for a diverse student body.
