Job Summary
Custodian I (12 month) position responsible for cleaning and related tasks in school buildings under supervision, including stripping, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, window cleaning, restrooms, and grounds maintenance; reports to supervisor and may drive a bus when called upon; requires physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and possession/ability to obtain a CDL Bus license; participates in trainings and demonstrates commitment to quality and safety in custodial duties.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Bus license (must obtain and maintain)
- Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies required
- Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Applicants must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) when requested for purposes of driving a school bus
