Build leadership among staff and administration to foster shared ownership of the school's vision. Make content engaging by aligning instruction with common core standards and 21st-century skills including global awareness, financial literacy, and ICT. Teach existing core content revised to include critical thinking and problem-solving while facilitating instruction through varied methods that integrate technology. Assess student learning and develop leadership qualities through collaborative team work. Work collaboratively with families and adapt teaching for students with special needs while demonstrating ethical principles of integrity and respect. Perform other duties as assigned. Current Certified Teachers must upload transcripts, NC Teaching License, and resume. Background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
