Job Summary
CTE Facilitator for grades 9-12 coordinates the career development process, promoting career awareness, exploration, and planning; aligns middle school and high school courses of study; assists students with career and college-ready assessments, career portfolios, and transitions from school-to-work or post-secondary education; serves as liaison with business, industry, education and military communities; promotes CTE-related initiatives, supports special populations, and submits required documentation and surveys. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a valid CTE license and relevant certifications, plus strong communication and leadership abilities and a commitment to continuous quality improvement. A background check with local and state law enforcement agencies is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and current license in any Career and Technical Education Program.
- Career Development Facilitator Certification and/or Special Populations Coordinator Certification.
- Exemplary communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
