Job Summary
Nurse Practitioner in the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) at Crisis Care Center (CCC), Lansing, MI. Under supervision of the Associate Medical Director, provides patient care, participates in interdisciplinary planning, coordinates services between staff and psychiatry, may provide individual/group psychoeducation, and utilizes nursing processes to diagnose and treat consumers for specific diagnoses while ensuring alignment with CMHA-CEI policies and mission. Requires an MSN or DNP, an MI RN license, PMHNP-BC certification, and at least one year of clinical experience with mental illness; includes credentialing checks and pre-employment drug screen. 40 hours/week with annual salary range of $114,014–$125,084.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Doctorate of Nursing Practice
- State of Michigan RN license
- State of Michigan RN licensure
- PMHNP-BC psychiatric-mental-health
- Driver’s license and transportation
- Minimum one year clinical experience with persons with mental illness
- Background verification and credentialing process
- Pre-employment drug screen
