Job Summary
Conduct primary care paramedic services in the Lac La Biche station under a 4-on, 4-off rotation with 12-hour shifts. Maintain valid ACoP practice permit, Alberta Class 4 driver's licence, and mandatory training including MCP and PDIC. Uphold core values of quality, patient safety, and employee safety while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Submit applications through BambooHR; this role is subject to a three-month probationary period and is awarded per the applicable Collective Agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid ACoP Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) practice permit meeting the requirements for EMS practice in Alberta
- Current, valid Alberta Class 4 driver's licence
- Current mandatory training requirements, including MCP and PDIC
- Commitment to continuous improvement in quality and safety
- Ability to work a 4-on, 4-off rotation consisting of 12-hour shifts
- Disclosure of any outside commitments that may impact the ability to fulfill the requirements of this full-time position
