Job Summary
Support business applications including ERP, BI solutions, SharePoint Online, and IT Service Management. Provide infrastructure support for networks, communications, and datacenters while monitoring services and updating inventory. Handle security events and incidents, document ITIL-based procedures, and develop solutions within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. This internship supports the IT unit at the International Potato Center in Lima, Peru, focusing on optimizing business applications and enhancing organizational efficiency through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.
Required Qualifications
- Students in their final cycles of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Belonging to the upper third of the class
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an advanced level
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Desired Qualifications
- Desirable experience with Microsoft Office 365
- knowledge of ITIL

- Knowledge of security standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ASP
