Job Summary
Lead the company's process safety program as a service-oriented support function, managing a team of engineers through workload planning, coaching, and succession planning while personally supporting complex technical issues. Partner with regional Operations, Engineering, EHS, and project leaders to co-develop priorities, workflows, and implementation plans for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance. Establish and improve core processes including PHA, MOC, PSSR, and incident learning, while championing process safety culture through field outreach and education. Identify resource needs to sustain effective programs and use innovation to simplify workflows and improve data visibility. Monitor performance metrics and audit findings to recommend improvement priorities and sponsor corrective action closure. Support capital projects by integrating process safety requirements into development workflows and communicate program health indicators to promote transparency.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant oil and gas experience
- strong midstream, process safety, operations, engineering, or regulatory program experience
