Job Summary
Join UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA as an ENT physician with directorship potential for the ENT residency program. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating ENT conditions (e.g., ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, sleep apnea), performing ENT surgeries (tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, ear tube insertions), and teaching/mentoring residents within a five-resident ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program. The role supports a robust Epic EMR system, a strong primary care referral network, and collaboration with two board-certified and one board-eligible ENT physicians. The position features a 4th-night/4th-weekend call schedule, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, relocation benefit, CME days, PSLF eligibility, malpractice insurance, and comprehensive benefits; opportunity for residency directorship within an academically integrated health system. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- ACGME Otolaryngology residency completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA certification
