Job Summary
Join collegial ENT team in Erie, PA as an ENT Residency Directorship–potential role with a robust compensation package including a $25,000 sign-on, relocation benefits, PSLF eligibility, CME days, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Teach and mentor residents of UPMC Hamot's ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency while performing a broad range of ENT procedures (tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, ear tube insertions) and collaborating with two board-certified otolaryngologists and one board-eligible otolaryngologist. Fully integrated Epic EMR, strong referral network, and opportunities for professional growth within a non-profit health system. Immigration status considered: H-1B candidates accepted. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
