Job Summary
ENT physician (Otolaryngology) with residency directorship potential at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA. Join a collegial practice with two board-certified otolaryngologists and one board-eligible otolaryngologist. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating ENT conditions (ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, sleep apnea), performing ENT surgeries (tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, ear tube insertions), and teaching/mentoring residents in the ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program. Fully integrated Epic EMR, robust primary care referral network, and proximity to regional clinics. Requires MD/DO, ENT residency completion, ABOE/ABCO in Otolaryngology, PA license eligibility, and DEA certification. H-1B sponsorship is accepted; relocation assistance and additional incentives are offered including CME days, PSLF eligibility, malpractice insurance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
