Job Summary
Conduct 1:1 work with clients in independent and group settings while reading and implementing individualized treatment plans. Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner, supporting healthy communication, social, and behavioral skills. Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors and collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes. Work under supervision by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or BSC, with assignments potentially including schools, preschools, clinics, homes, and community-based environments. Post-training, secure permanent placements within the clinical team reporting to NJ State and Regional Directors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT Credential
- 1 year minimum of working with children
- Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Willingness to accept and implement feedback
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of working in a direct care human services profession preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Psychology, Social Work, Education)
