Job Summary
Starbucks Manager at Ingles Kiosk in Easley, SC: responsible for day-to-day operations and overall profitability of the Starbucks Kiosk. Greet customers and provide helpful product information, ensure kiosk operations and baristas comply with Ingles and Starbucks policies, train and coach baristas to deliver high-quality beverages, prepare weekly schedules and reports, manage inventory and billing records, implement promotions, respond to communications, delegate tasks, operate the cash register, maintain certifications, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Seeks candidates with strong customer service, supervisory potential, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work with a team to deliver a consistent, friendly customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress
- Must be able to read and do simple math problems
- 18 years of age or older
